Pepco in Illinois is seeking a Project Manager to lead or support cross-functional teams across transmission, substation, distribution, gas and IT initiatives. You will manage scope, schedule, budget and safety, develop and execute project plans, and report to senior stakeholders.

Typical project budgets range from $250K to $5 million and extended hours may be required during storms. Strong communication, leadership and collaboration skills are essential to coordinate with internal teams,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 2–4 years PM experience, or equivalent experience.
• For non-construction PM: business or engineering degree with 2–4 years PM experience, or HS with 3–6 years.
• Proven ability to lead, communicate, and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support project and program performance across disciplines.
• Manage costs, schedule, scope and risks; develop recovery plans.
• Coordinate requirements with external and internal stakeholders.
• Provide communications to sponsor and stakeholders; coach team members.
