Job summary

AEP Service Corporation is seeking a Documentation and Process Manager to oversee the process and documentation team across Transmission. You will set execution plans, establish standards, and ensure timely, high-quality documentation, mapping, and reviews, aligning with NERC compliance and reliability processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and six years of progressive experience in documentation, business process, or technical process.
• Two years of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to convey complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Determines strategy and tactics for implementing a comprehensive process and documentation plan.
• Leads team to execute planning, building, delivery, and support across Transmission Operations and TFS organizations.
• Oversees compliance documentation according to NERC timelines and quality expectations.
• Manages templates, directions, and storage of documentation to meet business unit needs.
• Monitors metrics, provides status reports, and drives continuous improvement across the program.
