KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Transmission Practice Leader to guide complex transmission projects and multi-project programs, coordinating with clients, utilities, regulators, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive, safe, constructible, and cost-effective solutions.

You will lead PM teams, drive technical and financial performance, mentor staff, grow the practice, and manage budgets, schedules, and quality control while advancing the company’s energy sector objectives.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (AEC) with 7+ years PM experience.
• Proven leadership to build and lead teams of practitioners.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Mansioni

• Lead and mentor PMs and staff within the practice.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and manage project budgets, cash flow, and margins.
• Drive business development and client relationship growth.
• Coordinate with clients, utilities, and stakeholders.
• Maintain quality control per QC Manual.
