Job summary

You will lead crews, procure materials, maintain records, and coordinate with other parts of the company. A CDL and several years of line experience are required; travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED.
• 5 years of construction or maintenance and operation of transmission lines.
• Leadership skills and abilities preferred.
• Must possess a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).
• Physical abilities assessment required; capable of lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Supervise line crews in construction, maintenance and operation of transmission lines.
• Ensure safe work rules and practices are followed.
• Manage deployment of tools, equipment, materials, and training of personnel.
• Attend supervisory, site visit, and work scheduling meetings; maintain records and reports.
• Coordinate with other Company functions and ensure safety around facilities and the public.
