You will plan work, assure safe outage requests, and guide crews within the leadership framework and safety rules.

The role emphasizes safety, supervision, and coordination with other departments, with a focus on reliable, safe energy delivery and strong team leadership.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in transmission line construction, maintenance, or operation.
• Demonstrated leadership skills preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise line crews in construction, maintenance and operation of transmission lines, ensuring safe work practices.
• Ensure proper and safe use of tools/equipment and safety/training of personnel.
• Procure materials, tools and equipment as required.
• Comply with company policies and standards for transmission line work.
• Maintain good relations with employees and public safety around facilities.
• Attend supervisory, site visit and scheduling meetings.
• Maintain contacts between assigned functions and other parts of the company.
• Keep supervisor advised and maintain records and reports.
• Perform duties of Transmission Line Mechanic-A as required.
• Make recommendations for employment, promotion, discipline and discharge.
