Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking a Drafter - Transmission Line to join our team. The Drafter will design, document and support transmission line projects, working under a Lead Designer and contributing to high-voltage infrastructure initiatives.

The role emphasizes accuracy, use of 3D design software, and adherence to corporate standards while supporting projects from conception through completion across the QISG platform.

Qualifications

Associates degree in Drafting & Design preferred.
Experience with civil/structural or transmission design preferred.
Experience with 3D design software (AutoCAD Inventor, SDS) preferred.
Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

Design transmission line projects from inception to completion.
Use 3D design software for transmission line layouts.
Ensure quality and accuracy of work.
Research specifications and standards.
Learn document management system and engineering practices.
Travel to project sites as needed.
