Job summary

Quanta Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Safety Support to oversee Transmission projects in Louisiana. The role focuses on promoting safety excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and serving as a real-time safety resource for crews in dynamic field environments.

You will conduct field visits, provide guidance, and monitor OSHA and client safety requirements, while collaborating with foremen and safety teams to sustain a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and practices.
• Experience leading on-site safety efforts in field environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as required by project needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to assess safety conditions on Transmission job sites.
• Provide on-the-ground safety guidance and enforce safety protocols.
• Monitor compliance with OSHA, company policies, and client safety requirements.
• Lead daily safety discussions, tailgate talks, and crew check-ins.
• Support incident response, documentation, and corrective actions.
• Assist in executing project-specific safety initiatives and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with field leaders to maintain a proactive safety culture.
