North Houston Pole Line is seeking an experienced Field Safety Support to oversee transmission projects in Louisiana. The role focuses on promoting safety excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and serving as a real-time safety resource for crews in dynamic field environments. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in the power industry, strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, and excellent communication skills.

Some travel is required; bilingual Spanish is a plus. NHPL is a Quanta Services, Inc.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 8+ years in power industry, transmission experience.
• Completed OSHA safety training.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Willing to travel.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct field visits to assess conditions and identify safety risks on Transmission sites.
• Provide on-the-ground safety guidance to crews.
• Monitor OSHA compliance and client safety requirements.
• Lead tailgate meetings and crew check-ins.
• Support incident response, documentation and corrective action.
• Assist in executing project safety initiatives and maintain field documentation.
• Collaborate with field leaders to maintain a proactive safety culture.
