Ameren Transmission is seeking a Transmission Contractor Services Supervisor to oversee vendor crews in electric transmission and substation construction. You will ensure project safety, quality, and compliance with Ameren policies, while coordinating with customers and stakeholders.

Role requires five or more years in transmission or heavy industry, with supervisory experience. Overnight travel may be required; base compensation range is $88,500 to $137,200.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of relevant experience in electric transmission or heavy industrial environments.
• Prior supervisory or contractor leadership experience.
• Journeyman line or journeyman substation experience preferred.
• Utility industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide input to project planning and design.
• Manage contractor crews for construction, maintenance and inspection of electric facilities.
• Enforce safety and quality through observations and audits.
• Schedule and direct work in accordance with contracts and agreements.
• Monitor budgets and schedules to allocate proper resources.
