Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager to own the full lifecycle of electrical construction projects, from initiation to closeout, in a fast-paced field environment. You will drive planning, scheduling, budgets, procurement, field supervision, and closeout activities, while keeping stakeholders aligned and ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction projects from initiation to closeout.
• Ability to drive planning, scheduling, budget and procurement.
• Strong field supervision and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive planning, scheduling, and execution across all phases of assigned construction projects.
• Build and manage project schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, and stakeholder reports.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and subcontractors; ensure timely resolution of submittals.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and maintain momentum.
• Manage change orders; ensure billing aligns with contracts.
• Keep teams aligned on scope, design intent, and operational requirements.
• Own project documentation — contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, meeting records.
• Surface risks and schedule impacts; lead corrective action and recovery planning.
• Run progress meetings and serve as a communication hub for stakeholders.
• Execute smooth project closeout including demobilization and lessons learned.
