HDR is seeking a Digital Delivery Lead to enhance electric Transmission projects through innovative technologies and dynamic workflows. This role involves collaborating with teams to ensure practical design solutions resonate within HDR’s Digital Design Community.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives in process improvement, integrate AI tools, and have a strong background in software such as PLS-CADD and AutoCAD. A commitment to promoting an inclusive workplace culture is essential.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years digital design experience (BIM authoring).
• 5 years digital delivery experience (model management).
• Superior client service and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Transmission representative within HDR's Digital Design Community.
• Identify and develop initiatives focused on process improvement.
• Lead and support the effective use of design tools.
