The ideal candidate will utilize their engineering expertise to drive efficiency in engineering and design workflows, focusing on enhancing project delivery through cutting-edge tools and AI integrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital design (BIM element authoring).
• Strong background in 3D design software and document management infrastructure.
• Experience in developing engineering automations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Transmission representative within HDR’s Digital Design Community.
• Identify and scale initiatives for process improvement in digital design.
• Lead the effective use of design tools and efficiencies.
