Job summary

HDR is seeking a highly motivated Digital Delivery Lead to join our Transmission Business Class. In this role, you will champion process improvements by implementing industry-leading technologies while collaborating with HDR’s Digital Design Community. You will create bespoke tools to enhance engineering efficiency and play a pivotal role in digital integration across projects.

Applicants should possess a technical degree and at least 5 years of experience in digital design and delivery. The targeted salary range is $120,000 - $176,000, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of digital design experience.
• Strong background in digital delivery and model management.
• Experience in automation and programming for efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvements and technology integrations for digital delivery.
• Coordinate with HDR’s Digital Design Community.
• Manage and enhance PLS-CADD software functionality.
