Job summary
HDR is seeking a highly motivated Digital Delivery Lead to join the Transmission Business Class in Atlanta, Georgia. The role involves implementing process improvements and technologies to enhance digital delivery on electric Transmission projects. You will collaborate with the Digital Design Community to ensure scalable solutions are delivered.
The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in AutoCAD, familiarity with PLS-CADD, and experience in developing custom tools as well as integrating AI applications. A comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary range of $120K - $176K based on experience is offered.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years digital design and digital delivery experience.
- Advanced skillset of 3D design software and document management infrastructure.
- Familiar with collaboration platforms and digital twin platforms.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Transmission representative within HDR’s Digital Design Community.
- Identify and scale initiatives for process improvement.
- Lead and support the effective use of design tools and efficiencies.
