ATC in Oklahoma City is hiring for manufacturing roles assembling transmission components. No experience required; training provided.

Pay starts at $14.00/hour on 1st shift (bonus to $15.25) and $16.00/hour on 2nd/3rd shift (bonus to $17.25), with overtime on Fridays and Saturdays. Benefits start Day 1, including health, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement after one year, and a $600 referral bonus.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Basic English reading and comprehension.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify transmission parts for quality and accuracy.
• Assemble components using hand tools and automated equipment.
• Use measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.).
• Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Adhere to TS 16949 and ISO 14001 policies.
