Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. in New Hampshire seeks a Manufacturing Trainer to teach production staff the proper techniques for assembling and disassembling transmissions, following manufacturer specifications.

The trainer reads operating instructions, documents procedures, and monitors trainee progress while ensuring safety with hand and air tools. Prior manufacturing assembly experience is preferred and a Train-the-Trainer certification is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide training to production personnel on assembly techniques for transmission components.
• Maintain and improve training systems and monitor trainee progress and results.
• Organize and prepare incoming transmission cores for assembly.
• Interpret manufacturer instructions to reassemble transmissions to spec.
• Ensure quality through inspections during assembly processes.
