Job summary

Inland Truck Parts & Service is seeking a full-time Component Shop Technician in Tulsa, OK. The job runs 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with no prior experience required and tools provided. Pay starts at about $20 per hour and increases with experience.

The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, detail-oriented and able to work independently in a shop setting. Candidates should be comfortable with hand and power tools, and have a willingness to learn more about transmissions,

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and an interest in transmission or drivetrain components.
• Previous automotive, transmission, diesel, heavy equipment, machining, or mechanical repair experience is preferred.
• Ability to use common hand and power tools.
• Experience with precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to safely lift and handle transmission components and other shop materials.
• Willingness to learn and develop additional technical skills.
