Ideal candidates have at least two years in management or supervision, with experience in transloading, rail operations, logistics, or related industrial fields.

Qualifications

• At least two years of management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in transloading, rail operations, transportation, logistics, chemical handling, manufacturing, warehousing, terminal operations, or similar industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily transloading and terminal activities.
• Lead, train, coach, schedule, and develop terminal employees.
• Conduct safety meetings and reinforce safe work practices.
• Ensure products are transferred safely and according to procedures.
• Monitor productivity, labor utilization, operating expenses, and overall terminal performance.
• Help manage budgets and support established P&L objectives.
• Maintain accurate operational, safety, training, and customer documentation.
• Communicate with customers and address service or operational concerns.
• Identify operational problems and implement practical solutions.
• Ensure equipment and grounds are maintained appropriately.
• Support compliance with OSHA, EPA, FRA, DOT requirements.
