Job summary

Twin Eagle Terminals Holdings, LLC is seeking a Terminal Supervisor to oversee daily transloading operations, ensure safe unloading of railcars and loading of trucks, and lead the crew during shifts. The role focuses on process adherence, inspections, and timely paperwork to keep production on schedule.

You will work closely with the Transload Crew Lead to assign tasks, monitor performance, and drive efficiency while maintaining a strong safety culture across all activities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in terminal, rail, or transloading operations.
• 1-3 years supervisory or crew lead experience.
• Experience in liquid hazmat or bulk material handling preferred.
• Strong understanding of transloading processes and equipment.
• Ability to make sound operational decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to work day shift, night shift, weekends or holidays as needed.
• Must wear PPE including FR uniforms, respirator, hard hat, steel toe boots, and safety glasses.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all transloading operations during the assigned shift, ensuring safe and efficient unloading of railcars and loading of trucks.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to established transloading processes and SOPs.
• Make real-time decisions regarding efficiency, labor allocation, and equipment use to meet production targets and minimize delays.
• Evaluate pull rates and determine equipment and resources needed to manage truck and rail traffic.
• Identify and address operational bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
• Coordinate with the Transload Crew Lead to ensure crew assignments and break schedules are properly managed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Terminal Manager or Terminal Manager.
