Job summary

Twin Eagle Terminals Holdings, LLC is seeking a Terminal Supervisor to oversee day-to-day transloading operations at our Texas facility. You will lead the shift, ensure safety, maintain compliance, and achieve production goals in coordination with the Transload Crew Lead.

The role requires 1–3 years in terminal, rail, or transloading work and supervisory experience; strong communication, PPE discipline, and the ability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in terminal, rail, or transloading operations.
• 1-3 years supervisory or crew lead experience.
• Experience with liquid hazmat or bulk materials preferred.
• Strong understanding of transloading processes and equipment.
• Ability to work day, night, weekends, or holidays.
• Must wear FR workwear and PPE as required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all transloading operations during the assigned shift.
• Monitor adherence to established transloading processes and standard operating procedures.
• Make real-time decisions regarding efficiency, labor allocation, and equipment use to meet production targets.
• Evaluate pull rates and determine staffing and equipment needs.
• Identify and address operational bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
• Coordinate with the Transload Crew Lead on crew assignments and break schedules.
• Assist with incident reporting and investigations.
