Twin Eagle Terminals Holdings, LLC is seeking a Terminal Supervisor to lead daily transloading operations at our Wyoming facility. You will serve as the operational link between the Terminal Manager and the Transload Crew, ensuring procedures are followed and safety standards are upheld.

The role focuses on real-time decision making for efficiency, labor use, and equipment, plus inspections, paperwork, and crew direction to meet production targets while maintaining safe practices.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in terminal, rail, or transloading operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to make sound operational decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all transloading operations during the assigned shift.
• Enforce adherence to established transloading processes and SOPs.
