Job summary

STG Logistics in Illinois is seeking a Transload Manager to lead the strategy, efficiency, and growth of the Transload product line within our nationwide network.

You will develop programs that unlock multimillion-dollar opportunities, monitor progress with reporting tools, and build strong relationships with customers' logistics managers.

The role emphasizes market awareness, pricing, and collaboration with multiple business units to ensure timely invoicing and maximize STG assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse and/or transportation operations with supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Summary:

As the Transload Manager, you will be responsible for the process, efficiency and growth strategy of the Transload product line.

What You'll Do:

• Understand and create strategies / programs that impact multimillion-dollar opportunities.

• Assist with the growth of new and existing customers. A strong focus to develop new customers brought in by STG commercial.
