Job summary

Ascent Global Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Transload Transportation Coordinator to support the Transload Final Mile team. You will assist with all transportation needs and coordinate transloads and drayage moves across a fast-paced environment.

The role requires experience in dispatch for Drayage/FTL, ocean container Transload activities, and strong skills with Microsoft Office. Prior freight forwarding or customs exposure is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in dispatch for Drayage/FTL movements.
• Experience in ocean container Transload activities.
• Experience in CFS Warehouse environment.
• Freight Forwarding/Customs knowledge is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist Transload Final Mile team with transportation needs.
• Coordinate transloads and drayage moves.
• Monitor container/FTL movement and activities.
• Dispatch containers and share release info with carriers.
• Coordinate delivery appointments to meet deadlines.
• Monitor and update delivery milestones in the system.
• Handle delivery issues and offer solutions.
