Advocate Health is seeking a Project Manager to join our research team. The role requires a self-motivated leader to oversee funded research operations, ensuring study objectives, timelines, and budgets are met while maintaining regulatory requirements.

You will support enrollment activities, supervise Clinical Study Coordinators, and assist with participant engagement, data collection, and reporting to NIH and other stakeholders. Travel and evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree + two years of relevant experience required.
• Master's degree in Health Admin, Business Admin or related field preferred.
• Two years' experience in project management, program management development, administration or supervisory experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide independent oversight and execution of funded research operations.
• Support enrollment activities and oversee daily work of Clinical Study Coordinators.
• Assist with participant engagement, scheduling, tracking progress and data collection.
• Monitor study processes, identify improvements, and escalate issues as needed.
• Contribute to progress reports and research documentation for NIH and other stakeholders.
• Meet weekly with Program Manager to review progress and plan next steps.
• Oversee regulatory processes and assist with staff training.
• Order study supplies as needed and support additional research tasks.
