Qualifications

• Master’s degree in health-related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Experience in clinical or health research settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex research studies with adherence to project objectives and timelines.
• Coordinate recruitment and data collection across studies and sites.
• Prepare study protocols, manuals, regulatory documents, and IRB submissions as needed.
• Support principal investigators with study design and implementation.
• Direct study staff and provide training and performance evaluation.
• Monitor budgets and resource allocation for studies with large or complex financials.
• Design data collection processes and ensure data quality and completeness.
• Conduct qualitative interviews or focus groups and summarize findings.
• Prepare reports for funding agencies and oversight bodies.
• Contribute to presentations, abstracts, posters, and journal articles.
