Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with two years of relevant experience required.
• Master's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Two years' experience in project management, program management development, administration or supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent oversight and execution of funded research operations.
• Ensure study objectives are met within established timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
• Support enrollment activities and oversee day-to-day work of Clinical Study Coordinators.
• Assist with participant engagement, scheduling, tracking progress, and data collection.
• Monitor participant flow and study processes, escalate issues as needed.
• Contribute to progress reports and research documentation for NIH and other stakeholders.
• Meet weekly with Program Manager to review progress and plan next steps.
• Assist with regulatory processes and staff training.

Education

Bachelor's degree (Health Administration / related field)
