Job summary

Advocate Health Care in Winston-Salem, NC, seeks a Project Manager to oversee funded research operations. The role requires leading enrollment, data collection, and regulatory activities to meet timelines and budgets while coordinating with study teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a Master's degree (preferred) and at least two years of PM experience, with a NC driver’s license. Standard hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional travel to offsite locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with two years of relevant experience required.
• Master's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Two years' experience in project management, program management development, administration or supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent oversight and execution of funded research operations to meet study objectives within timelines and budgets.
• Support enrollment activities and supervise Clinical Study Coordinators to align with study goals.
• Monitor participant flow, data collection, and regulatory processes; assist with staff training and regulatory materials.
