Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking a Senior Research Project Manager to lead complex neuroscience studies focused on Alzheimer’s disease, stroke, and related neurological disorders. You will guide project operations, coordinate with investigators and RPMO staff, and ensure timely delivery from study design through reporting.

Ideal candidates bring extensive project management experience in a research setting, strong leadership, and the ability to manage budgets, regulatory affairs, and data workflows

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field; PMP/ACRP-CRC certification preferred.
• Minimum five years managing progressively complex research projects.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate across multiple sites and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex research projects and allocate resources across teams.
• Lead budget planning, IRB communications, and regulatory documentation.
• Collaborate with investigators on study design, data management, and publications.
• Supervise study staff and coordinate with external partners and sub-recipients.
• Prepare and present reports for funding agencies and internal leadership.
