Job summary

Artiva Biotherapeutics is seeking a Senior Scientist I/II to oversee translational assays and data analysis in support of ongoing clinical trials. You will identify pharmacodynamic and predictive biomarkers linked to NK cell–mediated responses, collaborating with Translational leadership to guide biomarker strategy and reporting.

This role requires hands-on flow cytometry, immunophenotyping, cytotoxicity and serum cytokine analysis, with strong immunology background and prior translational trial

Qualifications

• PhD in immunology or life sciences with translational/clinical trial experience.
• Experience in flow cytometry and biomarker development for autoimmunity preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform translational research related to autoimmune diseases.
• Develop and conduct cell-based assays (immunophenotyping, cytotoxicity, proliferation, cytokine analysis).
• QC flow cytometry data and monitor assay performance metrics.
• Support clinical biospecimen characterization, data analysis and reporting.
• Present findings at conferences and contribute to publications.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations/Development on biomarker strategies.
