Qualifications

• PhD in cancer biology, immunology, microbiology, or a closely related field.
• First-author publications or manuscripts in preparation.
• Experience with molecular biology, cellular assays, and in vivo rodent models.

Responsibilities

• Designs and executes in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo experiments on microbiota and anti-tumor immunity.
• Performs molecular and biochemical assays (qRT-PCR, immunoblotting, ELISA, cloning) and cellular assays.
• Conducts animal studies under approved IACUC protocols and maintains records.
• Contributes to extramural grant applications by generating preliminary data and figures.
• Prepares first-author and co-author manuscripts for publication and presents data at meetings.
