Qualifications

• PhD (or MD/PhD) in cancer biology or related field.
• Hands-on experience with core molecular biology techniques and cellular biology.
• Experience with in vivo rodent studies and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Designs and executes in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo experiments focusing on microbiota and anti-tumor immunity.
• Performs molecular and biochemical assays and cellular assays including flow cytometry and histology.
• conducts animal studies under IACUC protocols and assists with protocol maintenance.
• Generates and interprets data; prepares figures and summaries for publications.
• Contributes to extramural grant applications by generating preliminary data and figures.
• Prepares manuscripts and presents data at meetings and conferences.
