Qualifications

• PhD with post doc in oncology, molecular biology, systems biology, immunology, or related life sciences.
• 3–10 years of translational research experience in pharma/biotech or similar.
• Strong expertise in assay development, optimization, and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with advanced molecular and cellular technologies and multi-omic platforms.
• Proven ability to integrate data across modalities to inform discovery and translational decisions.
• Experience working with human samples and clinically relevant model systems.
• Strong scientific communication and collaboration skills in matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of translational assays and platforms (molecular, cellular, multi-omic).
• Drive biomarker discovery and validation from exploratory to early clinical use.
• Apply transcriptomics, proteomics, spatial biology, and single-cell approaches to address translational questions.
• Integrate patient-derived multi-omic data to support target discovery and dose optimization.
• Collaborate with bioinformatics to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Provide translational input to preclinical programs including exposure–response and dose strategies.
• Contribute to early toxicology assessment and translational readouts.
• Design and use in vivo, ex vivo, and human-relevant model systems with patient samples.
