Job summary

ACH Child & Family Services seeks a Transitions Program Manager to oversee The LIFE Project and Families Together Program, ensuring quality services and grant compliance. You will supervise LIFE Project Mentors and the Families Together Case Manager, monitor day-to-day operations, and secure project settings to meet contract requirements.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field, with a master’s degree preferred and licensure preferred.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
Clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) is preferred.
Three years of supervisory experience in social service programs.

Responsibilities

Hires, supervises and supports the Families Together Case Manager and The LIFE Project Mentors, and assists with program implementation.
Adminsiters regular staff meetings, training, program evaluation, policy development and application.
Builds community linkages and promotes the program.
Assists with budgeting and manages expenditures affecting each program.
Coordinates and communicates with CPS/OCOK on referrals and ensures high-quality intake and assessment.
Monitors shared housing sites for safety and cleanliness and ensures contract/grant compliance.
