Job summary

Barnes-Jewish Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center, is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Transitional Care Unit. Two twelve-hour shifts every six weeks on a PRN (non-benefit eligible) schedule.

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's - Nursing
• Licenses & Certifications: RN
• Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree - Nursing

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within the guidelines of the standards of nursing care.
• Collaborates with physicians, therapists, case managers, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes.
