Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's - Nursing is required.
• RN license is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care following nursing standards.
• Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment.
• Educates patients and families on illness/injury management and post‑treatment needs.
• Ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develops and documents care plans in collaboration with the interprofessional team.
• Communicates care plans across the continuum of care.
• Recognizes patient preferences and addresses barriers to involvement in care.
