Forthright Staffing is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect / Lead Developer for a 3–6 month contract, responsible for guiding the organization through a successful launch of Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic oversight to ensure the platform's long-term success.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of Salesforce development experience, particularly in Sales Cloud and CPQ, and must demonstrate leadership abilities as well as a commitment to mentorship. You will work closely with various project stakeholders and contribute to ongoing improvements, including CI/CD strategies and AI-driven solutions.
In this role, you will serve as the primary technical subject matter expert for Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud, helping guide the organization through a successful platform launch and transition of ownership from our current Salesforce implementation partner.
This is a hands‑on technical leadership position that will play a critical role in ensuring the long‑term success and sustainability of the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with the core project team, including the Technical Lead, Senior Salesforce Business Analyst, Business Process Architect, Enterprise Architect, and other key technical resources, as well as our Salesforce implementation partner.
The transition of ownership will include knowledge transfer, technical documentation review, platform governance, architecture oversight, best practice recommendations, and ensuring internal teams are equipped to successfully manage and support the Salesforce environment moving forward.
Expert level skills in Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud development and administration.
Expert‑level understanding of the SFDC ecosystem, capabilities, architecture, products, and best practices.
