Job summary

Qualifications

Must possess TSI Instructor’s Course Certification or obtain within 18 months.
Three years of public transit experience required.
Must have proper license(s) with endorsements and a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

Develops and conducts one-on-one and group training.
Evaluates operator driving skills using checklists and feedback.
Reviews and maintains existing training curriculum and tests.
Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations through training policy recommendations.
Performs administrative duties to document learning programs.
Conducts classroom and on-the-job training for trainees and staff.
Supervises coach operator line instructors and trainees.
