• Deliver, coordinate, and evaluate safety and operations training for bus operators and staff.
• Plan, conduct, and document classroom and on‑road instruction and refreshers.
• Lead safety audits, coaching, and post‑training evaluations.
• Maintain training content, manuals, and onboarding processes; track completion.
