• Shape Metro Technology Roadmap with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Oversee complex, capital-intensive technology projects across systems and platforms.
• Manage procurement, contracts, vendor performance, and governance.
• Represent the team on internal and countywide committees and workgroups.
