Qualifications

• Ten years of progressively responsible IT project management experience including operations and infrastructure.
• At least five years in an IT management/leadership role supervising technical staff.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of transit technology project managers and drive workforce development.
• Provide guidance to other supervisors and technology groups; influence policies and modernization efforts.
• Oversee a portfolio of complex technology projects with capital investments and multi‑system scope.
• Advance enterprise‑level planning, governance, and strategic technology investments.
• Manage procurement, contracting, and vendor management activities.
• Represent the team in committees and cross‑functional initiatives.
