Job summary

HDR in Minnesota is seeking a Transit Systems Intern to gain real-world project experience in shaping transportation. You will be mentored by professionals, apply engineering techniques, and contribute to CAD tasks as you develop practical skills in systems engineering.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in an undergrad or grad engineering program, with attention to detail, problem solving, and communication. Basic Microsoft Office skills are expected.

In the role of Transit Systems Intern, we'll count on you to:

Preferred Qualifications

• Prefer 2 years completed toward degree.
• Knowledge of CAD.
• Interest or completed course work in:
  • Circuits
  • Systems Engineering
• Preference given to local candidates

• Possess strong problem‑solving and communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
