Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Patrol Emergency Preparedness in Seattle, WA. This part-time role involves patrolling public transportation locations, maintaining a visible presence, and providing customer service to riders, staff, and visitors while following site procedures and emergency protocols.

Applicants should have 2+ years of security experience, with CPR/First Aid preferred. A state or local security license is preferred, with age requirements of 18+ (unarmed) or 21+

Competenze

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Baton certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Mansioni

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at public transportation facilities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of stations, platforms, parking areas, transit vehicles, and surrounding perimeters to help identify security-related concerns and report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents, service disruptions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and coordinating with appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Monitor access points, public areas, and assigned locations for unauthorized entry, prohibited activity, or conditions requiring attention.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and actions taken in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
