Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol First Aid in Seattle, WA. You will provide customer service, monitor transit facilities, patrol assigned areas, and respond to incidents with professional reporting.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of security experience, be 21+, and have a high school diploma or equivalent. CPR/First Aid is preferred. This role offers a steady schedule and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check will be conducted as per laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities at transit facilities and surrounding areas.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical events, and other critical situations with calm problem-solving, following reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of transit stations, platforms, parking areas, pedestrian access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points, observe activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and maintain professional communication with transit personnel, law enforcement, emergency responders, and the public.
