Qualifications

• Two years experience as a transit Bus Operator with a Class B CDL and endorsements.
• One year of experience in a training environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and on‑road safety and operations training for new bus operators and staff.
• Coordinate safety audits and update training materials to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Develop training curricula, manuals, and job aids; track completion and effectiveness.
• Lead monthly safety meetings and update training boards and communications.
• Provide coaching and follow-up training after incidents to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with Operations and Safety teams on training needs and improvements.
