Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and a valid Class B CDL with passenger endorsement.
• 4+ years of progressively responsible experience in public transit or customer service, with supervisory exposure.
• Ability to drive a transit vehicle safely in varied traffic and weather conditions.
• Strong communication and leadership to guide Paratransit and Fixed Route operators.

Responsibilities

• Directs on-road operations of Paratransit and Fixed Route buses and supervises drivers.
• Coordinate day-to-day communications, scheduling, and safety evaluations.
• Liaises on customer service issues between drivers and management.
• Monitor performance data, on-time performance, and respond to disruptions.
• Investigate incidents, assist with accident reports, and enforce safety policies.
• Drive routes as needed and ensure proper fare handling and documentation.
