Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Transit and Rail System Delivery and Growth Leader to guide passenger rail programs from concept to completion and drive strategic growth, market expansion, and client engagement. This executive role oversees design, technical delivery, construction, and operational readiness, with potential bases in New York, NY; Los Angeles, CA; or Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in transit and rail systems with a proven record in project management.
• Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in civil engineering, Systems Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working with transit agencies and organizations at a national level.
• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and project oversight.
