Qualifications

• 15+ years in transit and rail systems with a proven project management track record.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil or systems/ transportation engineering.
• Experience working with transit agencies at a national level.
• Ability to travel for client meetings and oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead transit and rail projects ensuring delivery and adherence to standards.
• Drive market growth, pursuit planning, and client development.
• Mentor and manage cross‑functional teams across regions.
• Oversee planning, design, and execution from concept to completion.
