Job summary

Via seeks a Proposal Coordinator in New York, NY to work with senior Strategy Team members to coordinate and deliver expertly prepared proposals for shared mobility services. You will collaborate with proposal managers, legal, and finance to ensure compliant submissions and timely delivery.

You will coordinate forms, track attachments, and manage communications across internal teams and external partners while maintaining thorough documentation and processes to support fast-paced bidding cycles.

Qualifications

• 2–15 years of experience in roles requiring administrative competence and strong project management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver compliant proposals with forms and attachments.
• Review solicitations, amendments, and proposal instructions.
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance to address regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Develop knowledge of internal databases and respond to complex requirements.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge management systems.
• Facilitate go/no-go reviews and report outcomes for executive discussions.
• Manage communications across internal teams and external partners.
