SEPTA is seeking a seasoned Project Manager (Transit Facilities) to lead multi-discipline teams through planning, design, and construction of major initiatives across a 2,200-square-mile service region. You will coordinate with federal, state, and local agencies, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure design reviews meet SEPTA and regulatory requirements.

The role demands an engineering or architecture background with strong communication skills and experience in transit projects.

Formación

• B.S. in Engineering or Architecture with eight years of experience or equivalent combination.
• MS in Engineering or MBA with six years responsible experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Pennsylvania PE/RA preferred.
• Experience in transit operations or railway preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Consults with senior management on zero emission or railway improvement programs and formulates conceptual project plans.
• Prepares budgets, schedules, program, and force account plans for proposed projects.
• Manages consultant contracts and coordinates design concepts and reviews with Operations Departments.
• Liaises with Federal, State, City, and local agencies to coordinate design requirements.
• Directs the project management team through design, construction and procurement stages.
