Job summary

JLL is seeking a Program Coordinator to support employee commute programs in Seattle. You will serve as SME on commute modes, handling passes, permits, schedules and materials while engaging client employees through on-site and online events to promote sustainable commuting options.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. On-site Seattle work and standard benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience in client-facing roles.
• Ability to present information to large groups and in virtual sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and friendly customer service to client employees on commute options.
• Coordinate distribution of passes, permits, schedules, and other materials.
• Create and maintain program documentation and templates for consistent delivery.
• Deliver on-site and virtual events to promote the program and drive participation.
• Audit data and maintain accurate records across platforms.
